This is my second time using Robert Milam. He's personable and will walk you through the process every step of the way!

Do not buy or sale house with Robert Milam. He is so unprofessional and only think about his self gain.

I don t do reviews, but I have to review Pam Stilz and her son JP. I bought a house using Pam several years ago and just sold one off an estate sale. She always goes above and beyond and makes it easy. A good, trusty person I recommend highly. Thanks Pam and JP!!!

As a person who has relocated several times in the past 10 years, I have had the opportunity to work with many realtor's and agents. By the best agent that I have ever worked with is Bo Howell who is with Sotheby's in Lexington. He helped us find and buy our house when we moved to Lexington in 2009. He really took time to listen to our needs, one of which was the ability to re-sell since we knew we would only be in Lexington less than 5 years.
When it came time to sell our house, we chose Bo to be our agent, and he sold our house for FULL Price in only 13 days, which took a huge load off of our shoulders allowing our family to move on in our new location.

Having bought and sold 4 houses in under 10 years I recommend Bo Howell for the following reasons:
1) I have never seen anyone work as fast and as hard a Bo to get my house sold, and to ensure that the deal go smoothly to closing.
2) As a buyer, I appreciated that Bo took the time to listen to our needs, and helped us to find the best house at the best price without wasting a lot of time looking at houses that did not fit our needs.
3) As a negotiator Bo does all of his homework and will get you to the best price whether he helping you buy or sell a house.

If I could give this real estate firm 0 stars, I would do so in a heart beat. We are from out of town and relocating to Lexington. I recommend never working with Becky Reinhold. We put in an offer on a home listed by Becky Reinhold. After we made the offer, someone else put in an offer. The fact that multiple offers were made on the home was never communicated to us. The house was sold before we heard anything from anyone about our offer. This is an unfair and secret process. You put in an offer, hear nothing, and receive nothing but an after-the-fact apology from Becky. Her apology was empty and meaningless.

Our service and experience was so perfect, it felt so natural.....I almost forgot to give a review. Now that would have been a big mistake. Our experience with Bridgett Collier was exceptional. As out-of-towner's we needed alot of help.. Bridgett's local knowledge and unbiased information relative to Lexington and Fayette County and beyond was invaluable. Now to the important stuff, she targeted on what we wanted, walked us thru multiple homes and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Post sale Bridgette provided us with options and contacts to assist us with things we needed done prior to occupancy.
If you are local or moving to the. Bluegrass area from out of down be sure to call call and speak with Bridgett. I think you feel good about the conversation

Got a call to look at some plumbing that lex rooter couldnt fix .....there was a leak in the wall i fixed and an air gap i installed .... Put all new traps and piping under kitchen sink and turned the water on to check my work there was no leaks at all but the sink was still clogged ..... So lex rooter never unclogged it ...... I tried several things to get it unclogged and couldnt get it and recommended we get into the wall..... Well i was told by the property manager to not worry about it they was gonna take a different approach and to send in my bill...... Let me remind u i got this call on a Saturday and was there the next day and monday and tuesday..... So turned my bill in which i marked down cause it was still clogged and kristy yeager the property manager says the owner wanted and itemized list of materials andd questioned my hours worked..... So 3 days workin at the property i only charged 250 that was including materials i had bought and im a licensed plumber thats cheap and was being questioned..... So i told them to keep there money .....so no as a contractor i dont recommend this place.....
