Been here tons of times. The atmosphere is good, food is decent, drinks fairly expensive, though not terrible. The real problem i have with this place is the people who work in the front, seating customers. I'd call them hostesses, but the word doesn't suit them. I always come back, but two times ago, I was waiting for a table at the bar for an hour, because the staff forgot about me. That is unacceptable at any restaurant. The "hostesses" are just in general really unfriendly and suck at their jobs, though they seem to have more than enough staff upfront to handle the workload. Just my .02.

This dining experience was a huge disappointment. Everything is fried and nothing tasted fresh. The crab cakes had a lot of meat, but they were soggy. The worst seafood/food I've ever eaten. Ever. The only good thing was the live music.

My first time visiting this restaurant was July 25, 2020. The food and drinks were delicious, the staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond especially the waiter "Corel" (I believe that's how her name is spelled) She's the best!

I will definitely add this to my list when I come back to visit.

The servers are so sweet. The staff is really nice. Everone speaks while walking through. To me the atmosphere is really what you're paying for. I feel the sizes of drinks and meals do not match the prices. I was charged $13 for a caesar salad in a small oval plate with 6 regular sized fried shrimp. If I could infold the shrimp it would be 2 inches long. Not large but ok sizes. The salad was overdressed with dressing and limp. Maybe due to too much dressing. I was looking for a shake and was told they use 3 scoops of ice cream in a drink called the Crissy. Well the scoops are 1 inch scoops. The drink was 6 oz for $7. Mind you I know they didn't use the average pore for the alcohol because it would end uo being more than 6 oz. But nope. My drink was in a 6 oz glass. Maybe smaller.

Food was good. I never realized how busy they were. It wasn't the first time I have been there but I went Sunday after church but not immediately. I think I have been during music or evening events in the past. I felt like it was enough after church not to be Church rush. It was hard to tell because people were also coming in off boats. Food was good. They did a great job getting people in and out. Service was great. I was the only smoker so I walked out before anyone else, but it was too hot so I watched people walk in, get seated. They really handled crowd well. I safely say, I am way to old too work there, but people that worked there did excellent job.

Our server Ronna was great. We were a party of 15 and she took care of us by herself like a champ. The food was also awesome, the raw and flaming oysters were fresh, the fried alligator was cooked perfectly, my grilled fish was a smidge salty but the shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Their sweet tea and fried okra is also good.

Hostesses and waitstaff was very friendly. Food and drinks were served promptly. As always on a Saturday night, great, family friendly live band on the back deck. Food and drink prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal served by friendly faces.
