Great payment service. Any issue I have ever had has always been fixed right away with their service department. When I have called, the phone is always answered by a friendly person. Definitely recommend using their services.

I have only recently signed up with Bluefin and have had a billing issue from the start. I have spent numerous hours on the phone to get this corrected only to find my service terminated. According to them, I didn't handle it. I don't know what more I could do but to call them each and every month since this started? Not one person ever followed up with me to handle the issue, but every time I had a customer service case opened, it was closed within a few days, leading me to believe that the issue was handled. Am I still waiting for this to be corrected you ask? Why yes, yes I am. They have lost the potential for $12k in income per year, for a $65 dollar bill (total over 4 months - so this is approx. $16 per month) that I followed up on, but they could not resolve. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.
Love these guys for payment processing. Integrates with all my software, great rates and incredibly responsive customer service via phone and email. I recommend them to any business.
Blue fin was very helpful, responded to my questions in a timely manner. Some of the financial process can be confusing and have a lot of technical and legal structure. The staff always answered my questions about confusion I had with wording and the meaning behind the agreements.
Do not use Bluefin for payment processing. Bluefin acquired the payment processor who handled my authorize.net account for years without a problem. As a result, the authorize.net gateway stopped working. Authorize.net explained that the problem could only be resolved by bluefin. The hold times for technical support are over an hour. Their excuse is that they are backed up. After finally getting through to Bluefin, a month ago, I was told that they would correct the problem. It is still not fixed and my site shopping cart still cannot process credit card payments. If you have time on your hand and a back up source of money, then hire Bluefin, otherwise, choose another company. Bluefin is incapable of handling its client load.
We use Bluefin as part of our payment system and service has been great, we haven't had any issues with communication, payments, or billing. Would recommend Bluefin because they streamline and make things easy.
My initial thought was that Bluefin was going to be hard to work with. The person I spoke with (Danielle) was actually very amazing. Although I did not end up going with Bluefin, if and when my company decides to switch, I will keep them in mind. I thank them because they were understanding during hard times for small business. I have been using this company for a little under a year now. Their customer service is very helpful and have been able to help me resolve the very few problems I had starting up with their company. Since then, I haven't had any problems and everything has been running great. They have helped my company grow by have transactions go through smoothly and I cannot thank them enough.
