Our house was cleaned on 20th December 2023. We agreed with the cleaner himself that he would next visit on 3 January. He did not arrive.
From that date there has been no answer to texts, phone calls, no updates on their website or voicemail. To all intents and purposes they have shut down.
A disgraceful way to end a relationship.
