The finance options Bluebay have available are not...

The finance options Bluebay have available are not available anywhere else and could mean the difference of being able to obtain finance for a home or not. On top of that the friendly service I have received from Bluebay has been nothing short of exceptional!

I came to Bluebay with an accepted offer and 21 days to have finance sorted. I had not been speaking to them or any other finance professional prior to this and knew nothing about the next steps, but they still went above and beyond to get my finance sorted & my first home owners grant approved within the deadline.

Since then I have had nothing but positive dealings with Bluebay & do not plan on moving my mortgage anywhere else any time soon.

Thank you to Lisa & the rest of the team for being such a big help with this process!

I have had my home loan with Bluebay for 5 years. Throughout these years they have been great to deal with. Their customer service is amazing. Whoever I speak to always takes ownership and follows up with me until the query is finalised.

Our relationship with Bluebay began in 2015 when we began construction of our new home and at every stage of the process the team was there to help! Payments were made promptly to our builder with minimal requirements from us and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of mortgage providers.

We are now in our fourth year with Bluebay and have just refinanced with them to take advantage of the amazing interest rate offers that rival the big four. Through this process the team were sensational! They are extremely well trained and beyond that offer a real sense of caring and personal investment which is rare in not just the finance sector but in any market these days.

Always available to assist, friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to ensure clients are happy. These clients are most definitely happy and will be with Bluebay for many years to come.

Bluebay Home loans provided a fabulous experience....

Bluebay Home loans provided a fabulous experience. They were fast, knowledgable, flexible, considerate and happy to help. They could not do enough to help us and went out of their way to keep us informed at every step. A personalised service that I have never expereinced from any other bank. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are the Aussie Broadband of banking, and that is saying something. Thank you Jay and Bluebay.

I don't often write favourable reviews about banki...

I don't often write favourable reviews about banking organisations but I have had a very positive outcome and assistance from Daniel S at BB in Osborne Park recently. I contacted the bank to see if my current rate could be reviewed. Daniel was very helpful and rang me several times over the following week just to keep me up to date with the progress of my request via ING Head Office. I was very pleased to be advised that my rate was reduced and I was very impressed with the excellent customer service provided to me by Daniel. Well done!

I am SOOOO glad to cut ties with this bank . Talk...

I am SOOOO glad to cut ties with this bank . Talk about dodgy. Surprised they don t charge a fee just for talking to them like they do for everything else. Rates are not competitive at all. Went through them initially because of their Deposit Assist when building our house- that access was the only good thing about them. Be prepared to totally manage your own accounts, make corrections and demand information in writing- oh and be talked down to and talked over all the time. For such a small team you would think they could work together and have flawless communication but no, that s too much to ask. Their homeloan set up initially is not user friendly at all, online facilities are SO outdated and their discharge process was painful. Every time I re-arranged my loan (consolidated, fixed, discharged) I was not advised of all of the fees I would be up for and also interest rates were not honoured. Eg- a request to fix my loan was actioned based on the interest rate at the time. Paperwork arranged and signed...interest rates then changed prior to paperwork being processed. How convenient and not even mentioned until I asked why my confirmation letter were stating a different rate. Indicative figures were well off the mark for discharge settlement leaving me out of pocket (because of their non disclosed fees)...I may have lost out there but the money I will save being with an actual reputable bank where I have a better chance of them taking accountability for their actions will satisfy me a lot more. I now understand why the staff turnover there is high. There is a few more that need to move on too, seriously lacking in customer service.

EDIT: and be very concerned about your privacy! The level of incompetence is laughable. I just received an email trail from BlueBay to their solicitors (MSA) regarding another clients loan.

I have had nothing but good dealings with Bluebay Home loans through out,from the beginning of the process i found them easy to talk to & willing to offer help & answer any questions,i have now been with them for over 4 Years and will not be changing anytime soon.

Very unhappy with the service i am receiving. Not ...

Very unhappy with the service i am receiving. Not only did I get dodgy information from the finance broker Resolve, it has flowed on to incorrect informationnow from Bluebay. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

We are told you owe this much, then it changes to this much. No documentation to support and when we push for something in writing and challenge them- it changes again.

DONT risk it.

All the staff that i dealt with at Bluebay were friendly and helpful and guided me through my home loan application making everything simple and easy. There was no stress involved and they kept me informed every step of the way.
