I recently had an experience that fell short of my expectations. The response time was slower than anticipated, and some of the products I received didn't match the quality I imagined. 😕 Additionally, the communication could have been clearer regarding shipping details. While I appreciate the effort, I found myself searching for better alternatives. Overall, this didn't quite meet my needs.
