The owner/manager/whatever is beyond rude. I stopped by one day as it was on my way home to ask a simple question. He acted as if I d raised Satan himself right there in the lobby. It was apparent that I d bothered him/offended his very nature by daring to present a question to him about pools. I just turned around, walked out, and took my business elsewhere before he had the opportunity to try and dismiss me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
We had already received a quote and were about to sign a contract with another pool company. A friend recommended that we have Blue Ridge Pools come out and give us a quote.Without even knowing what the other company quoted us, Lloyd beat their prices hands down. We have had excellent customer service from Lloyd, Debra and the contractors that they use. Any time that we as new pool customers have a question, Blue Ridge Pools is just a phone call away and always willing to help. We would recommend them to anyone. We can't wait to use our new pool this summer!

I called to ask about pool renovation and opening a pool the man said we don t do that kind of service and hung up on me before I could ask any other questions, when I attempted to call back he would not answer I m assuming he uses his personal cell or something because he just answered the phone by saying hello I had to ask if this was blue gunite pools, very unprofessional
