Cabin was filthy upon arrival from guests who left hours earlier. Had to wait for it to be cleaned which was done marginally. Hot tub didn't work either. This company is full of excuses, said all cabins are thoroughly cleaned and left vacant at least a day to prevent COVID but that is not true at all. Said they can't get repair workers because of the COVID but they sure can take your money. Kept my cleaning deposit had to get it back from credit card company. And they keep spamming me with emails full of gibberish. Look elsewhere.
Hot tub didn't work, cabin dirty, complained and they blamed it all on covid and no repair people available but they had no trouble taking our money.
