Great place to work, especially for veterans and prior law enforcement. The company will bend over backwards to help their employees if they need something with in reason. A large majority of the personnel have experience in security operations and on top of that they train every operator before they go out in the field.

I m kind of shocked about the bad reviews. I ve worked for this company going on 7 months. I ve worked for other companies in the Denver area and this is the best security company I ve ever worked for. Yes you have to get your Denver license on your own. However they pickup costs for the support badge, body armor, duty ammo, belt, holster, pants, shirt and other gear. They also pickup the cost for live fire range qualifications/training before assigned to a location. Supervisors are professional & respectful. As long as you show up & do your job, they don t contact you much. Also I have friends who are police officers who rave & think highly of Blueline Protection Group because of interactions with Blueline employees out in the field. That should say something there! Give them a chance!

I work for these guys for a year. The management does not have your back. Their interest is in the dispensary not you. There is a high turnover because There s a big disconnect between management and employees. The use you up and get rid of you. I have evidence of management falsifying documents. It s going to cost a lot of money just to work for this company. You ll have to buy gear licenses permits and your own firearms it will cost you anywhere from $500-$1000. Everybody quits and they expect you to pick up the extra hours. I was working 60+ hours a week for the whole summer no days off. They make you sign a contract stating that you cannot work in this industry for two years after quitting. They threaten to take you to court if you work for their competition. They don t do the reviews on time they can t even hold up their end. You re better off working for somebody else.

This is the most unprofessional business I ve ev...

This is the most unprofessional business I ve ever worked for. Starting with the less than pleasant owner Dan. He doesn t even bother to learn the names of employees working for him. However sure has something to say to you if he s ticked off, even if it has nothing to do with you. The HR department promises a meeting to go over the manual etc. which never happens but they try to make you sign a bunch of paperwork anyway. Don t sign anything until you ve had the formal meeting with everything explained to you and a hard copy of the manual.

The processing departments managers Brittany and Jose are extremely unorganized and careless about the way the department is ran. They have NO formal training process. They just throw you in the lions den so to speak. So expect backlash/attitude from coworkers when you ask questions even when you weren t properly trained. Expect to do all the dirty work as a new hire as your coworkers in processing will bully you off a task they prefer to do. Expect the managers not to care about how you are treated by coworkers because they honestly don t. They allow the people who cause these kind of issues to stay and continue that behavior. While the ones who question why this kind of behavior is allowed are eventually terminated. Brittany is also extremely unprofessional as she shares with coworkers why someone has called in and they make fun of/laugh at coworkers personal and private issues. Even if they re medical situations. To which I have witnessed and have been a victim to. This is extremely unacceptable and disgusting.

As for the girls you will be working with in the processing department they are immature, rude, foul mouthed, dirty and passive aggressive with new hires. They bring their personal problems to work and make for a uncomfortable and hostile environment. They have also discussed racial and sexual topics that are inappropriate and offensive. I ve been yelled at, shoulder checked and had to deal with high school aged attitude the entire time I was there trying to work. They re all unqualified to be working there as they have community college students and former fast food workers working for them handling large amounts of money who have never worked in the banking or financial industry before. That must be why they are never balanced. The machines you work on are so ancient they break down every day. The processing room is filthy, dusty and has probably never been as clean or organized until I was employed. The processing team doesn t pick up after themselves either.

Two full time workers whom stood up for themselves have been let go to accommodate their own disgusting behavior to continue. I would warn anyone trying to be employed here especially in the processing department it is not worth your pride! Beware GISELLE, Oriana and Brittany they re the main issue! BlueLine Protection Group is a foul group of individuals whose only interest is to apparently protect horrible people who treat others like they are less than deserving of human decency and respect. I m sorry but no person or business is above any of that.

This company is not properly trained. The problem starts from the top and goes down. I saw one of their employees escalate a situation to the point where he drew a sidearm looks like a 9 mm Smith & Wesson. Lotta problems with this company they don t pay you enough they overwork you and they falsify information. You re better off going with somebody else that s more qualified.

Worst company ever! I worked for this company last...

Worst company ever! I worked for this company last year, I'll tell you they're pretty pathetic. Blue Line has a really hard time keeping employees. A really high turnover- most people quit within three months. When you start they make you sign a contract that says you can't work for any of their competitors, If you do they threaten to sue you. Just to start working for this company it will cost you about $1000 in equipment. Then they work you to death and don't give you any time off. They promise you a raise at three months they neglect to give you it for up to six months to a year and then they give you a bad review so they don't have to give you a pay increase. They're also very clicky they treat you like crap if you don't have a military background. I worked with these two supervisors Rafe and Alan. What a joke!!! I have proof the Supervisor Alan falsified documents. This Man is so brain-dead I think he doesn't knows what he's doing. I think he's more suited to be a Walmart greeter.
