I've been coming to this practice for over 18 years and I have to say, this is the first time I feel disgusted with the lack of customer service I experienced recently when I went in for an appointment. The girl at the front desk (the spanish one, can't remember her name but it starts with an "M") not once greeted me, not even a smile. She was completely unprofessional (this includes on the phone when I made my appt) I work in a medical office myself at the front desk and our priority is to make the patient feel welcomed the second they pass through the door. She seemed inconvenienced and somewhat upset at me being there to check in. Everyone else there was great. The MA was so sweet, I wish I remembered her name. She did say she recently was hired.

Awesome people I miss Mellisa T. and Sarah Dr. Wiskoski is Amazing and patient she always had amazing bed side manner. My ladies at the front desk are Awesome! Good people!

This has been my primary care physicians for many years. Never had a complaint, always prompt responses and GREAT staff !!! I love this office !!!

Extremely poor response to prescription requests and phone messages. 15 plus days? Unexcusable.

I had been coming to this practice for 10 years and was recently discharged because I missed five appointment ...... out of ten years. I always called and rescheduled I never just didn t show up.
The front staff used to be really nice and welcoming but when I went last (and called today ) I got an emotionless hello I had to ask the woman how she was doing today and she didn t say her name just Blue Hills Medicine .
I ve always had to wait a while to be called to a room, always had to wait a while before the doctor even came in . Majority of the time my doctor was out of the office and I had to settle seeing one of the other doctors. and I don t think I ve ever seen the same medical assistant at each appointment. I am actually happy I am no longer welcome here. Good riddance and good luck to their remaining patient base

Worst practice to bring your children to. My daughter was diagnosed with out being tested for Diabetes 2, they did a finger prick/ meter test, no one listens or even bothers to explain to you as a patient your health issues, met with some of the most miserable office staff, leaving you to feel like you're interrupting their day. If you consider yourself cattle; this place is ideal for you. Never going back!
