Still waiting to be paid for locksmith services provided for Blue Dot Safe to Aeropostale #0661 over 16 months ago, still no payment.

Poor products and even worse customer service and absolutely NO technical support. They may be funneling their high profits to another organization abroad.

We own a small family owned locksmith company in rural Arizona 90 miles north of Phoenix. We recently received a call from Blue Dot Safes regarding one of their customers in even more rural Arizona having trouble with their safe. After seeing the reviews online, specifically on Google, I was more than hesitant. This trip would be 150 mile round trip and would take my entire family and our service truck away from our regular service area for the better part of a day. We rely on our service area to put food on the table and while we are able to support ourselves we certainly can not afford to get burned or have any hassle trying to get paid. I shared this information with the lady who called me (Karen Hill) and asked if she had heard about the reviews. She had and went above and beyond to pay me more than 50% deposit and I had absolutely no problem collecting the additional monies due. Now they are still yet to send me the replacement LAGARD Series II Keypad and Swing Bolt but this all just happened. I honestly got all my money before and within hours of finishing the work on a Sunday. I am a day early but they matched me step for step.

I don t debate anyone having any trouble. Nobody at Blue Dot that I spoke with denied any trouble and it wasn t my business to find out any more than to make sure my family would get paid. All I m relating is that I had a great experience and would work for this company any time they call.

Along with the countless vendors that have been used by Blue Dot for their own profit with no regard for professionalism, loyalty or concern. If you're reading this for information about Blue Dot Safe Company, we do not recommend this product or company. We have outstanding invoices that they refuse to pay.

Great Safe, worth every penny that I spent for this safe, excellent investment! Its my 3rd safe i purchased from Blue dot. The last safe I purchased arrive last month, it was packed very well, palleted base, boxed with bubble wrap protecting the paint. Customer support was an excelelnt help... very patience and helpful, thanks to Joseph

Did service work almost a year ago still trying to get paid. Account payable go's to voice mail and they never return you call. Promised to pay with CC upon job completion. Not one reply in 9 months to email or call.

Do not do business with BLUEDOTSAFES.COM! I purchased a safe from them, paid extra for "garage delivery". Total came to more than $1500.

As soon as they charged my card the problems began. Despite two different receipts from them clearly indicating in-garage delivery , bluedot and their equally criminal partner SAIA Shipping denied in-garage delivery saying they made a mistake and could only delivery to the sidewalk in front of my house: A 900-POUND SAFE!! And by the way, let me make it perfectly clear that I do not live in a challenging location at all My home is right off a major highway, garage is right off of the street level, with virtually a zero incline from the driveway. I even sent him pictures of my driveway and the location where the safe should be delivered. Believe me I tried very hard for this purchase to work out as paid for. When it was clear they would not provide the delivery I paid for, the next step was to request a full refund so I could do business with a company that would put the safe where it needed to go.

They refused full refund and the lies began.

No safe was ever delivered and I had to go through an almost three month dispute between my bank, Bluedot, and SAIA. Bluedot tried to deny that I purchased "in garage deliver", and SAIA shipping tried to say they "attempted to deliver the safe". Their lies and attempts to scam were very clear, and it was easy for the bank to rule in my favor, but unfortunately I just had to wait out the process which took almost three months. DO WHAT I DID NOT DO AND LEARN: look up google user reviews for Bluedot and SAIA - they are full of negative reviews!!! In fact there are just as many negative reviews on bluedot and SAIA from former employees and other businesses that worked for them describing hostile work conditions and dishonest practices. Totally awful company. It's amazing that so many employees can be intentionally trained to be dishonest. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. You might end up paying several hundred more, but it is TOTALLY WORTH IT.
