I called today after I was not able to resolve a billing problem with a provider. The young woman who replied from your office was thorough, kind and efficient. She called the provider, and let me know the issue should be resolved a few minutes later. Thank you for having such professional and compassionate staff.
After canceling my insurance yesterday I have now received calls from a research group that says they have gotten my phone number from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont?
Dropped my policy during the COVID-19 pandemic. If it wasnt illegal to not have insurance this company would not be able to survive. It's a scam.

I have two kids. A year ago one of them got a test that was fully covered and a year later my other kid had to get the same exact test for the same reason and it was not covered! This insurance is expensive as hell and for some bs like that to happen is not acceptable. After going through customer support and then having to call the office that did the test etc etc it turns out yes it was coded correctly so obviously BCBS just does not cover alot of things anymore, meanwhile rates go up, because all of a sudden here we are getting bills from doctors offices when we didn't used to get a single bill. May as well just go uninsured, and we just may...
Horrible. I canceled my insurance three months ago and continued to receive bills. When I called I was told they don't have a record of me canceling it. I was also told they still want their money and they could possibly send it into collections.
I would suggest going with MVP or going uninsured instead of dealing with this company.
I was lucky enough to speak with Taylor, who was absolutely exceptional! She helped me figure out a confusing bill and was so kind and warm throughout the process. She is fantastic!
