I recently had my car repaired at this company and overall I would rate my experience as average. The staff was friendly and the customer service was satisfactory, but unfortunately, the repairs took longer than expected. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to schedule an appointment online. However, the communication during the repair process could have been better. I had to call them multiple times to get updates on the progress. The quality of the repair work was decent, but I noticed a few minor issues that needed to be fixed after I picked up my car. Although they promptly resolved these issues, it was still an inconvenience. In terms of pricing, it was on par with other collision repair shops in the area. Overall, Blue Collision provided an average service, but I believe there is room for improvement.
