Horrible management, will screw you out of a job in no time at all, has no idea what quality is. For the time I was there they cycled through at least 30ish if not more employees. (Was only there for eight months mind you.) Recommend avoiding this place.
Worse hiring firm I have ever dealt with, the lady they send around to drug test and set up new workers is by far the most unacknowledged individual. Quite embarrassing experience honestly. Do yourself a favor avoid using this place.
Hard to find - company changed their minds & decisions with the drop of a hat.
I was told to come in for a job, mind you i love I'm grand rapids, and blue perspective is in Zeeland. A job with my experience and fair pay. I came in did a drug test ans was told to start on a Monday. A couple hours before my shift i was told not.to come in until further notice. Haven't received a phone call back or email at all. High upset with this company.
Seemed like a good co. In beginning worked about week same thing I was texted not to come in.there is evidence to me the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing I do not recommend this co. to anyone, there is no future in the way blu conducts
bussiness if I am called to return to work I will then update this status. Update I don't see working for blu has much future at present hope this co. can get better organized in future.NO IDEA WHAT QUALITY IS.UPDATE also there is no time punch system you are told by supervisor you can leave early but write down on way out door as 3:30 but in reality the supervisor is shorting you on time pay attention
My biggest problem was. We never worked, I would drive 45 minutes. Just to be told we were not running. The factory we worked for treated us terrible. They payed me in a paper Check that couldn t be cashed unless I called their office from the bank to give them permission to cash it. When I asked for another she told me I would have to pay for the return of the check and to have a new one issued. RUN from this company
