You took such great care of me following my car accident, both before and after my surgery ! My doctor was very accurate in recommending this clinic. The services was great and the employees are super friendly BUT they save a surprise for you to the end. My daughter was going for 3 months ( stopped going in March). When she was done with her treatment, they then advise me that I owed them money as my insurance only pays X amount. I understand that I may have had to pay extra and would have been willing to pay as we went along, instead of getting drop with a bill for treatment in May for services that were preformed 4 months prior. When I asked the person on the phone why it was handled like this, her only answer was I don't know that is how it is? Really !!

This place is all about getting your money. Billed my insurance $90 for 2 min of ultrasound treatment by an assistant and 15 min of sitting by myself with a heating pad on my arm. Them sent me to perform unsupervised exercises that I may as well have done at home. After four consecutive sessions without being seen by a physiotherapist, I decided to stop wasting my insurance benefits on this. Same experience with my 13 year old daughter. Regret it took me so long and $1300 of insurance benefits to figure it out.
There are many many better options out there.

I have been a patient of Bloor West Physiotherapy since 2016. Having gone through two invasive cervical spine surgeries, it was very important for me to select a clinic that provided the highest level of medical care, education and therapy to allow me to get back to a level of normal. From the the first assessment until today, I have full trust in the staff and they have treated me like a family member. Jake Head, head physiotherapist, has been nothing shy of fantastic, being thorough, professional in treating my condition and helping me build the confidence to get back onto my feet. He has answered all my questions, developed strengthening and rehabilitative exercises to build reassurance and strength.
I've been to three other clinics and have found my experience at Bloor West Physiotherapy to be above and beyond. To all the staff, thank you for your support , professionalism and helping me through this period.
After having some joint issues in my hands, I went to Bloor West Physio and they bent over backwards to take care of it. My issue was quickly diagnosed, and within 15 minutes I was not only seen by a physio therapist, but they set me up with a wax bath. Amazing experience and highly recommend Pearse and the crew to fix you up! Thanks again guys! :)
This clinic was completely renovated and very spacious and bright now. Has knowledgeable staff that working hard to meet patiant expectations . I highly recommend this place .
