Bliss is a welcome addition to our family! Took my pup to get looked at, and was pleased at the professional demeanor which everyone exhibited, from check-in to check-out, from the doctor to the nurse. A wonderful way to start with a new doctor for our cat!
First of all, they fit us in for a same-day appointment, even though we were new to the office. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The vet took her time to explain everything to us and make sure we felt comfortable with the treatment plan. We felt welcomed and very comfortable at Bliss! Thanks for taking care of my pet!
Took our new rescue puppy to Dr. Sam for her first exam. She loved Dr. Sam. He and his staff took time with us and spent time making our pup comfortable before undertaking the exam. They walked her around the office so she could get used to everything. Small office feel and no pressure at all to get extra things done.
