Ordered a bb big bite. Recieved my sandwich stale bread and was charged 2.00 to cut it into 4 sections only received it cut in half. Coldcuts were fresh but bread was stale. Not very happy with the order. Other thing is they never have change not sure if the drivers do that to get the extra tip or not but service and product has definately depleted.
their customer service is trash the employees there seem miserable all the time even on the phone orders they are rude and would not deliver to county rd which is 5 minutes away from them they arent on time with orders either let me just say they suck with service
I love blimpies for their authentic subs! The breads are firm and the cold cuts are always fresh!
This is by far the best Blimpie in the area. I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid having grown in Hudson county and though I've tried others in the area, I still find this one to be the best by a long shot. The service is always fast, friendly and most importantly the ingredients are always fresh.
This Blimpie used to be the best Blimpie ever, because its owner didn't have to follow franchise rules like other blimpies since they were one of the original stores. The Blimpie best used to be my favorite sandwich but the quality has gone down significantly over the years. They no longer use thuman's meat but opt for the cheaper Dietz and Watson meats, the purdue turkey is flavorless and gellatinous almost. They do use quality cheeses (land o lakes, finlandia, etc) still but the cheapness of the meat makes the sandwich inedible. Frankly at this point I can only stomach their salami because the other meats are bland and cheap quality stuff you find at corner stores. The owner is cheap and penny pinches instead of giving people quality food and even though theres still the Blimpie nastalgia, to me it's not worth the money you spend for a sub par sandwich. You can get a high quality fresh sandwich on the same street for cheaper than the price of a whole BB which is $13 or more.
There is no better chain sandwich in NJ than the Blimpie Best.
Ignorant, rude, and poor seviceMe and my mom went there to buy sandwich, they charged extra just got 2 sandwiches for 35 dollars, there is no sign for any extra and didn't even tell us just charged extra without telling us know,the guy was so rude. Didnt even have respect for the ladies.
I suggest do not go here because they behavior is very bad and they dont give us respect. There are other location with reasonable prices and resepct. The manger should call and apologize to us because of the employee behavior . We paid extra and still the behavior was unacceptable .
Customer service sucks. They don't accept the old $100 bill even though the bank still uses it and when I gave them a new one they didn't have any change for it. What kind of business does not have change for a $100 bill. They also manage to mess up the only thing you can on a deli samdwhich; the bread taste like it's been sitting there for a week. And the price is ridiculous. One sub and a snapple was $14.
Boy I wish there was a Blimpie in Pennsylvania where I live at they are so good I want to see the one in Jersey City again I love going there it might be when I grew up Blimpie in Jersey City is great nice big sandwiches not like subway lot of meat on their sandwiches not like subway if I had $1000000 I open up two of them up here in Pennsylvania and make a million off of each one they're very good
I used to order from here all the time, but I refuse to pay $30.00 for two cold cut sandwiches. The prices in this location are RIDICULOUS. There are multiple stores in Jersey City including, Bergen avenue and Newark avenue. Both stores have $5.00 specials. I just paid $30.00 for $3.00 worth of cold cuts and bread!! NEVER AGAIN
The sandwiches are great but a little of a wait!!! Sandwiches have very generous meat on the them!!!
