Dont work, or go here.This place has change over the years. Changed for the worst! They are quick to hired anyone including criminals..
Do your research and ask questions now during your interview. Also dont expect hazardous pay there will always a excuse even if everyone in ohio has received the pay. You wont! .......

I've worked WITH many summit county D.D. companies over the years. Reliable sources tell me that Blick was a great place to work for the kind of people who have a compassion to help and serve others. I was told that the clients that caretakers work with become like their own family.Some of them actually do become that connected! ! They also require a thorough backround check for employees and the kind of work they're doing is not hard. Payee department from what I've seen is really good! I've been told it's a great place to work for people that actually care about others and the ones in the most need, if you don't care and\or have no patients for others well then this job is really not for you. It's not going to be for everyone that's for sure.

Made an appointment with a girl to start. Day of I couldn't find the building and called back to try and find it. I got told that I wasn't in their system nor was there a building they were partnered with under that name. Waste of time and gas walking aimlessly around construction just to learn I wasted a whole month on this when I could've been somewhere else getting help

They are the most helpful group of people I've worked with. My son has a severe phonological disorder and they have worked with us every step of the way to help maximize his treatment. They're open, communicative, and extremely pleasant to be around! Highly recommend them!!!!

Been taking my son here for years and while the waiting room may seem a little drab the therapists and staff are fantastic. Not to mention extremely accommodating hours.

Great people great councilors they also have day programs and offer different programs for individuals with mental health issues

Don't trust the pay e ship. They asked where you going to do with the money the exercise said you don't have to worry about that

Jerome the therapist is really good with me and my daughter he had a great personality and he had my daughter happy the whole session and even offered us a soda and we really liked him is the reason I'm changing my review I only seen him once but hopefully he keeps on giving us the great service my daughter needs
