Blekking Aalten surprised me. My choice was for a 6-year-old Ford Galaxy, which showed a light engine swing during the test drive.
Jan, the salesman, informed me that the engine swing was a well-known problem and that it had often been addressed, but the cause had never been found, not even by Ford engineers. Nevertheless, he promised to have another look at it. Yes, yes, I thought, first see then believe.
When we picked up the car after two, Jan had a surprise for us: the problem with the engine was actually found (scratch in one of the pistons). Repair would be extensive and cost thousands of euros. It was therefore decided to install a replacement engine, one that had only run 44,000 km, against 143,000 km of the 'old' engine. I could hardly believe it. How many car dealers do not send you into the forest with such a rocking motor? Sorry, we looked at it again, but found nothing. Jan and his team did not stop there and eventually delivered a car in new condition. Thank you Jan for your sincere attention and honesty. The Galaxy drives like a limousine and your cake was delicious.

I recently bought a Renault Clio from Autobedrijf Blekkink. It is my 5th Renault from Blekkink and I only praise the service and friendliness of the staff. Once at a different garage because we moved and I was disappointed at this garage, I was not treated as a customer but as a number and so went back to Blekkink and was welcomed with open arms. So you see, every change is not always an improvement.

I have been a customer of Blekkink for 4 years. A nice family business, where I always receive a friendly welcome. The agreements are met punctually and there is certainly no complaint about extra service. Recently my car was parked under the carport with a flat tire. Within an hour after I called, a mechanic was standing with my summer tire in storage to replace the tire! Top!

When my car needs an MOT, I wait for it with a cup of tea in the showroom. Convenient and efficient. Of course there is also a loan car or bicycle available, if I do not have the time. I can indicate this in advance.
I also bought my new Capture at Blekkink after a clear, transparent and good consultation. Now in Corona time, a clear explanation was given at an appropriate distance about my new addition and I received a nice drink at home! After a week, I was called if I had any questions about the car. Because the factory in France was closed, my towbar could not be delivered immediately. As an extra service, I was even offered to borrow a car with a tow bar in an emergency.

All in all a big 10 for Blekkink Aalten!

Every time I marvel at the cars in the showroom. No not for me because I am more of a fourgonette type, the beautiful French name for delivery van.

Yesterday I experienced once again how important periodic maintenance and the annual MOT is. Henk van Middelkoop discovered a weak brake line and that has of course been replaced. Safety first!

Nice garage to buy a car with friendly professional staff

Since 1982, when we came to live in Aalten, the car has been serviced by the company. Different types have been driven. All purchased from the company and driven with full satisfaction. the new purchase, I have experienced some good "Team Work" content.
That has always been nice for me. Repairs where needed are already one
