Definitely the best customer service I have ever encountered. I haven't much knowledge in the area of domains or websites but have used their online chat numerous times for help. Their responses have been amazingly fast, really helpful and super obliging. Their online help pages are also brilliant when trying to make any changes or upgrades to your domain.

I use these guys all the time for all my own and my clients hosting and domain needs. Their support service is excellent and is very fast and their domain control panel is miles better than any other irish companies and most global ones too - allowing you to do everything you regarding DNS, Nameservers etc.
I saw one or two one star reviews saying otherwise so I felt compelled to write this - those people either haven't got a clue or work for the competition!
