Perhaps the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had, and really good bakery items. They have half-off products for the last hour 4-5PM, but get their early for happy hour as they run out of things quick!

Stopped in for a quick snack after visiting Rocky River Metropark. Service was quick. Baked goods were delicious. Staff was friendly. Covid rules were followed. Will definitely visit again in the future. Dark coffee was very good. Lemon filled shortbread was a bit too tart for my liking but the shortbread was top notch. Pecan sticky bun was perfectly flaky
Always a great place to get coffee and a pastry. The apple cinnamon scone was tender and flakey. The latte was also solid. Service was friendly and efficient.
Friendly staff and the place smells great. The fresh bread was delicious. A little disappointed that I got the wrong order but the bread was delicious.
I love a mocha that isn't too sweet. They have a bittersweet mocha and it is exactly what I have been searching for. You get the bitterness of the dark chocolate and the depth of the coffee and it is perfect.
I also tried a chocolate almond scone and it was very good.
They also have it set up very well for social distancing inside.
The BBC is awesome. All the bakery & breads are amazing. Also the staff is very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Love it!!!!
Love Blackbird. We stop as often as we can, even if just for an iced Chai! We've never had a bad experience and everything we've ever tried from here food and drink wise has been delicious!
Hard French baguette for $3.5. Maybe it's b/c they bake them the day before? In any event, a bit preposterous. On the Rise on the East side is better. Update: I went back a few times after the initial review and had no more problems with bread being dry -- it must have been bad luck the first time around.
Best place! I ve been coming there for almost three years, coffee is always amazing, croissants are delicious and staff is always helpful, funny and polite. 5 stars!
