I've been coming here for 3 years and I love it. I don't always win but it's a gamble. I do enjoy the free stuff you get once you get a players card so in a way it makes up for the money I don't win. I like that you have definitely ways to win money, like live games on stage and the change to win a car. So many way to win if it's not always money.

Stayed at the resort overnight. Pool had some debris. Room clean bed super comfortable. Restaurant had tasty food but got cold really fast. Drink server women were great and friendly

Had dinner at the Seven Sisters. Dam I don't know why I'm posting this. The Mushroom bisque was the bomb. Have several meals there, the Bison steak could cut with a fork, pork chops , creme Brule excellent.
There service is excellent. Bill the bartender recommended so.e items and they didn't fail. 6 out of 5 starts.

Well, it's been three days and I am still here. Who doesn't like playing when they are winning! Stay and play while winning even better! I have no complaints with the accommodations and the food is good. So as I was saying, I am still here. Anyway, I want to mention one thing about the stay here. No room service unless requested. That is because of the pandemic and I understand.

The staff at Black Oak Casino Hotel are outstanding. They were extremely kind and courteous. My room 310 was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. ( I slept for a full 11 hours.) They called for a shuttle to take me to the casino Cafe so I could have breakfast before a 3 hour drive home. The staff at the restaurant accommodated my no sodium diet with graciousness rarely seen. The shuttle driver helped me with my bag and I drove away feeling very much loved by the people of the Casino Staff. I love this place and will return. Thank you all

This place is incredible. I loved the elk steak. I got a sampler platter with elk and lamb and something else everything was so good!! Its pricey but a great experience.

It was a nice visit. Very nice service and grateful we were able to stay the two nights. We had one night confirmed & we were lucky to have been able to get the 2nd night. Very accommodating!! Thank you!

Not a lot of winning. Good food. Decent parking. Seems like it's hard to win here. Good place to go for a distraction or quick night out.

Pretty good. Large selection of slots. Recently improved slot payout but not many hand pays. Slots go cold after a win. Food is good. Bathrooms are spotless. Air quality is fresh and circulated well. Free play seems to have tightened up and club card level criteria has increased. Blocking certain slots to reserve for players with diamond level is not fair. The best part of player appreciation is the gift giveaways. Employees are very friendly. The gift shop is cool but the purchasing manager really needs to order inventory before running out and keep the store open longer.
