My three daughters have been studying ITF Taekwon-do here for several years and recently decided to join myself.
Master Phil and his wife Amelia have a fantastic team and speaking from personal experience I can say that they truly do care about their students and families. They also care deeply about the community and have raised funds for various organizations through the years.

BBX has an amazing team lead by Master Phil. This is a great place for martial art training as a family or individually. I started my TKD training here over 6 years ago and recently attained my 2nd degree black belt. You will be challenged physically and mentally and you'll be surprised at the things you can do when you push yourself. Two thumbs up for BBX!!
We did it! We just passed our black belt 1st dan test! My 3 kids and I live in Barrhaven but have traveled to Kanata for 4 years to train with Mr. Phil and his team. And now, we continue but have added 3 of our little kids into the family.

Master Phil is excellent with the kids! It's my daughters first time in little dragons, and last Saturday was her first class, and I already highly recommend them. Master Phil and the other students are great at getting her involved and getting her to loosen up!

My youngest son began Taekwon-Do in 1999 on a whim and soon after, the rest of our family joined him. With the exception of our oldest son, we simply kept going for another 19 years. Under Master Phil s leadership, we built enough confidence and experience to become Senior Instructors, where my youngest son continues to this day.
