BJ’S WHOLESALES CLUB, Natick, MA Review

I come here every week, great place. I purchased $27 and gave cashier 397255 a $100 dollar bill. The reaction was horrible, light went on, I need change, etc. when I asked don t you have change in the drawer, didn t answer. When they came back with change consisting of only 10 s and 5 s she had to open drawer slightly for coins to expose 20 s and 10 s that could have moved the process along. I didn t appreciate her telling other members to go to the next line as she was waiting for change for me

They don t know about Stack Gas Savings Program. Qualified items are not indicated by an * on my receipt every time when I shop here.

This review is about the tire center at this location. I placed an order online for tires and booked an appointment at my local BJ's warehouse. Their system does not even allow you to place the order for tires until you have made an actual appointment. So you really think you'd show up in the tires would be there. Unfortunately that is not true. It took the tire center 45 minutes to look for the tires, not find them, and also not be able to track them from when they were shipped to the location. Therefore they had no idea when they would really arrive. They did not call me to cancel the appointment when they knew the tires would not be there. They then would not even cancel my order without me going into the main store and spending another 15 minutes to get a refund. I wasted an hour and still didn't have tires. And during this time they were not waiting on anyone else who also had appointments so those people were standing around for an hour waiting for their service. I watched some people simply leave because they were tired of waiting. None of this was the fault of the people actually working at the center because they are not the one who set up the website to allow orders when they know full well that the tires may not be there when you arrive for your appointment. They do however have a huge sign on the wall that says you can order tires and have them there within 24 hours guaranteed. So much for that guarantee. This location also does not do any alignments. Do yourself a favor and if you are local to the area simply book your appointment with Hogan Tires in Natick. They had the tires in stock within a day, were on time, and also do the alignments.

Good prices, quality, selection, and efficient shopping experience. Associated are pretty helpful. But sometimes it's just a little disorganized. Sometimes hours are wrong, things like that. Sometimes hard to find things on the shelves. But not too bad.
If you renew your membership at the register, be careful to opt out of the auto-renew. I felt like this was a bit sneaky because if I'm renewing at the register manually, it's because I never wanted auto-renew anyway. This seems like the kind of practice that other companies no longer engage in.

Saw a good deal on a set of 4 winter tires + free installation. A week after installation, I got 2 flats on the same tires in 3 days. Went back to Bjs each time just to be told there was no issue. Went to a local tire shop, a simple spray test showed there was a leak. Turns out the rims weren t sealed properly. How did BJ s tire center not catch that both times? So 1 star on good deal on tires, I did check the date and they were manufactured 36 weeks before I purchased them so they re not old tires. I ll buy tires from BJs but screw the free installation.

Has more than you expects. Well pack with items. Always find what you need, plus a wide varaity of many other items. You can shop on a comfortable pace, having a timely pace to looks for many others items which do not have on your list. Also new items where you can acknowledge you can returned to purshase. Organize with cash registers. Self service cash register, which are great so you do not need to wait in back of large groceries. Very convenient self explanatory signs for customer to look for items on their own.

I like BJ's because is a very nice supermarket.We can find anything.I can stay shoping here hours appreciating their merchandise.Is one of the best on everything they sale.Price affordable and very good products.

Slowest BJs to unload. Arrived at 7:45 for 8:30 appt unloaded at 12:00.
