I found Biz's attitude towards COVID quite negative and even OPPORTUNIST.
A dark moment and they did not give up the postponement of ANY installments, I have a current contract, 12 installments ... not a single help.
They would leave 2 installments for the end of the contract, but incur current interest of 5% per MONTH, until the settlement date. The share of 2,400 was 3,500.
Little do they know that this is illegal and that in addition to not agreeing I think of not paying anything more and resolving everything in court.
They lost a customer, and the fees are HIGH. 5% A.M. is nothing worthy of entrepreneurial respect.
