i had given interview before one month ago. it was really bad experience for me. there was total 100+ students for interview and they had taken only one from those. they just check only communication not knowledge. and select only who can speak better english. but what about skills...
please recruit those who have programming or other related skill dont judge from english only..
If you are fresher then this is the best place to start your career. As they have many projects so you don't need to stay in resource pool more than a month. Also the latest technologies are used for the development. Environment is quite good. Only disadvantage is about bitwise is you have to work for much couple of hours

I had attended a recruitment drive of Bitwise in april 2017. and I performed well in all rounds. After completing final round , I was informed by Bitwise that I am selected and they will inform me very soon for the further process. But for a long time I didn't get any response. So I contacted the HR cell and they told me to wait as the process is going on, it may take some time. But again the same happened. I contacted them once more.and this time they told me may be I was not selected, that's why I did't get any response.How funny is it? It is clear that they are hiding their faults that they haven't processed my application or they may have conducted fake recruitment drives to be popular.

They need to know the difference between a group discussion and a debate. They take people who fight in the gd and not those whose English is fluent and are calm and patient while stating their point. They should atleast mention what they want a debate or a gd so that the person can adjust himself accordingly.
A very good company for fresher's.. You will be groomed for the best in the industry.
