We had to pay for a graduation we never had. During Pandemic s peak, they tried to bring us into school. They had their first meeting about the pandemic one day before all the schools closed. Some of the teachers are very good but staff and management is very unprofessional.
Great school if you play football. If your just a good Catholic kid who wants to learn, not so much..
It's a decent private school, but being a student here, I personally don't think the education standards met the financial costs. The school is also beside a cemetery so, yeah.....
My wife attended the school in the original location she graduated in 1975 . She said it was a close nit school & had a great time .
It's only been 2 weeks since I transferred here and I already love it. The teachers are caring, everyone is nice, the campus is nice and clean, and there's no judgement like there was at my old school. My only regret is not starting here at the beginning of the semester.
I've had two daughters go to Bishop Alemany. It is the largest co-ed Archdiocesan Catholic school in the region, over 1,600 students, with plenty of sports (including swimming) and extracurricular activities, strong academic program, AP classes, music program with a first class schola cantorum and a strong orchestra program. Smartboards in every classroom. Every kid uses an ipad. Beautiful campus was previously the archdiocesan minor seminary. There is something for everybody. Principal Frank Ferry is an Alemany graduate and is a wonderful hands-on administrator. Innovative block scheduling. Will work with students who have developmental needs. One of my daughters is in 10th grade and doing well academically while playing volleyball and playing sax in the school band. My other daughter graduated and is a college junior working on a music degree at CSUN. We're very happy with the school. Great spirit in the place.
Making the right choice in life the first time is not always easy but I believe my wife and I got it right the first time when we choose Bishop Alemany. We have twins entering their 2nd year and as parents couldn't be happier or prouder of our children or the school. From academics too athletics and other activities the student involvement is always at its highest level with the entire faculty and staff. The continued academic growth and daily educational challenges in a heavenly environment is truly blessing. Here's to the class of 2018... And remember to always bring your "A" game!
