About Biscuit Belly

Inspired by the savory cuisine of their hometowns, former pharmacists turned restaurateurs Chad and Lauren Coulter wanted to create a space where guests could get authentic Southern flavor with flair. After growing a successful wine and tapas concept, the husband-and-wife duo turned their attention towards one of their favorite pastimes—brunch. The Coulters enlisted the expertise of renowned executive chef Tavis Rockwell to begin building an inventive brunch menu filled with bold new twists on Southern favorites. Tavis spent three months perfecting their proprietary biscuit recipe, and you can taste this labor of love in every bite.
