Those Vets who complain about waiting over 2 hours . Count your blessing that your still in Gods Hands. And your family still has you. Thanks Birmingham V.A. It was a nice trip & appointment.

Trying to schedule a mammogram, I was on hold for over 40 minutes, transferred back and forth over 4 times. Clerk's cut you off and just transfer you back and forth. Typical experience for me. The VA has major problems with their frontline phone staff. Miserable experience. I guess I'll try again tomorrow to schedule my mammogram. Wish me luck on my third attempt.

Clean, friendly staff, positive environment!

Clean, friendly staff, positive environment!

-I want to thank the doctors and nurses who saved my fathers life when he came in on Nov. 27 as he had two massive heart attacks and his heart stopped for 30 minutes. Dr. Hanson is amazing. I arrived in Birmingham on the 28, and stayed until the 29. They were amazed with his outcome!
I appreciate Dr. Hanson- his hard work, and dedication. Not only him, but the team that was behind him! Thank you all for not giving up and continuing to fight with and for my daddy.

My father has been neglected since being admitted. 5 days no one even changed his gown, or washed him off. Still has the same problem he had when admitted. No one even checked on him for over 6 hours. This is uncalled for and the staff needs to answer for this negligence.

I waited for 6 days for anyone to call me to let me know my Twin brother was there since the 30th of January until Feb 6th after looking the place up myself. My ex-sister in law gave them my info to call me but to no avail. No one ever called me I finally spoke to them myself today and again gave them my information to call me let s see what happens. I m disappointed with the VA and the way some of the Veterans are treated they do have people that Love them and they are not forgotten. If you don t know what is wrong with our loved ones we will be grateful to know that. Thanks to any and everyone that read and or listened he is my left lung and I m his right we decided this and call each other this even though we are not Identical I still Know when something is wrong with him. God Bless everyone and pls be Safe. Pastor Edna
