Lovely theater, plenty of sitting space in the foyer, but not much leg room between the rows - you may wish to book edge sets of you are tall. I saw Edmond le Bergerac, good adaptation and fantastic cast!

Had an amazing time at the theatre. I've been to see night Garden Live in the park and it's sooooo much better in the theatre. Seats were super comfy and there was space for the little one to dance and jump around. The staff were really friendly and full of smiles and were happy to play peek-a-boo with the little one. Overall fantastic morning, good stuff.

It's a very nice theatre. The 2 theatres complement each other well (The House for most popular shows, the Door for more intimate or avant-garde performances). It is well run and efficient and is especially good for family shows.

Visited the Rep on Saturday 20th October, 2018. Started the evening with a very enjoyable meal at Marmalade and then went into the auditorium to see The Messiah. We had a very enjoyable evening. The show was extremely enjoyable and entertaining. Our seats were extremely comfortable and the view of the stage was not restricted. Looking forward to our next visit.

This visit was to see The Lovely Bones. Wow, what a superb production. We started off with a 3-course meal in the Marmalade which was great, from the artisan bread through to the crepes filled with apple and rhubarb, served by friendly efficient staff. We were so full we were worried that we would doze off during the play but from the explosive start to the "icy" finale we were wide awake, riveted to every word and action. Love this theatre, and this is one performance that will stay with me for a long time. Well done all concerned.

I have watched many brilliant shows here. There are 3 different stages, ranging from the large House to the cost intimate Door. The seats are comfy here and you have a great view of the stage no matter where you sit. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the bar has a nice selection of drinks. The Preview club is brilliant!

We took our 2 grandchildren yesterday to see Peter Pan. The 6 year old was ok but our younger granddaughter was terrified. Admittedly she was probably too young but has been to several other theatre events before and loved them. For us we were extremely disappointed that the production was not traditional. This modern version was aggressive in style and the settings were depressing. We found the strong accents difficult to follow ourselves so our grandchildren probably understood even less. We attend many different theatres and enjoy a wide range of productions but this in our opinion was much the Worst we have ever seen. We would give no stars if possible.

Average... been here for a few conferences, comedy gigs and the odd play. Nothing wrong with it but also nothing to shout about. I wouldn't not go to see something because it was here but I would prefer to be in the hippadrome or the alex

My wife and I booked tickets to see "One Love", the Bob Marley story. The show was due to start at 19.30 and we had taken our seats in good time. Unfortunately, other people left it to the last minute and caused everyone to stand up to allow them to get to their seats.
Once the show began it became obvious that certain others had not realised and so continued their loud conversations. One couple had seemingly been unable to find a baby sitter, so brought their baby with them, with the inevitable crying during the performance.
It was clear that many people in the audience were under the influence of alcohol and I was appalled that they were free to get up during the performance to go to the bar to refill their glasses. That would not be allowed in a proper theatre.
When the interval arrived my wife and I agreed that the situation was intolerable, so we left and will not be returning. If you want to see a particular show, this is not the place to see it.

Great repertory theatre. The productions of the REP are great. They have produced some fantastic shows. Especially around Christmas time. The theatre space itself is really nice as well and the theatre bar is great for both drink and food. Great selection of cocktails
