Good- street overnight parking from 3pm-8am on one side of the street. Generally quite.
They do attempt to get you out faster, they just have a lot of their own trucks and limited staffing it seems. A for effort.
Bad- lumper fee is usually a little higher, but consider the prices around here
Back in from the street, unless the yard is empty, and if some one doesnt care and pulls in while your backing it's a headache.
Ohhhh the traffic TO get here. If you dont know the bay area and are new, just add anywhere from 1-2 hours MINIMUM if you are coming from the other side of the bridges in the AM.

checked in 7:00 am....got door 13....unloaded in 30 minutes.....but it took 15 minutes to backup.....very tight place.....helped 4 peoples in backup

Check in is from 6AM to 2:30PM. TIGHTER THAN A COLLEGE GIRL TO GET IN A DOCK

You have to blind back on Dock and dock 15 16 can t be blind back. Parking outside before checkin. No overnight parking on street.

Very bad experience..came 5 minutes late and they said come back tomorrow..it s 20 hours still waiting for the door

Great place to deliver to. A little tight on space. But very great people.

Pretty much just like any other grocery warehouse. One thing though the employees are very nice and respectful especially the gal in the office where you check in. After that they start loosing points mainly because of the time it takes to unload. I've been there 3 times now always with 10 pallets or less and it's always been at least 4 hours.

Back in off street, makes it 100% easier. Check in starts at 0600. Backing can be tight. Overnight parking on street. I arrived 1300 day before, no one bothered me. Stay on street, walk to office to check in. Got door at my scheduled appointment time. People were nice enough.
