Pushy and impressive sales process. But the low level of service and close to zero quality leads makes me feel like this is a scam. No interest in resolving their performance issues but aggressive in avoiding ending the agreement. I STRONGLY reccommend avoiding and instead use the various free tender platforms.

BiP Solutions is a a thoroughly unscrupulous firm. They operate an unfair strategy of 'luring' small companies into an overpriced subscription with a free trial service for tenders and then 'automatically' renew. To find out more simply google the company name + 'problems' or 'scam.' (Or visit the consumer protection sites where they are frequently named.) The information quality is poor. The customer service consists of bland platitudes. I would avoid them at all costs. Sadly based on person experience.

I agree with everyone else on here, they sign you up for a whole year because they know that you will soon leave and cancel the subscription
as the service and product is rubbish. The accounts department are rude and intimidating when it comes to collecting money. So far the service has been a massive let down and not financially viable for small business's. I am currently looking into legal action against the company as why should the consumer get shafted and have to pay for a service which doesn't benefit them ie, (contracts miles away from my area). Avoid this company at all costs.

You ve been warned.

I ve been using the supply to gov portal for tenders. And trying to cancel has been very difficult. It s been 2 months and I ve sent numerous emails and tried cancellation online via doesn t work (fake).

After leaving a bad review. BIP solution cancelled my subscription. Which should have been cancelled 2 months ago. They sent me a very impolite and insincere email of cancellation. They completely ignored my request for refund for prior 2 months of unauthorised transactions. I ve now threatened legal action and mass blogging to damage this company online reputation.
Cancellation shouldn t be this difficult.

I reserve the right to call this company a Thief. They ve stolen 2 months of unauthorised subscription from a credit card.

Worst company ever. Not even sure this is a professional company or just someone who s made website from their bedroom.

Terrible Company, Rude Staff & have a history of tricking their clients into contracts. Still amazed at how they hold the keys to the MOD & Gov publication contracts with such abhorrent regard to everyday UK SME's.

We were e called by the bip sales team regarding the procurex and they were looking to offer us a stall at a discounted rate. They asked us what we did for business and I told them we work with social work and housing associations. He said this would a great thing to attend as there were expecting 95 housing association to be there. We discussed with him about maybe just attending as guest as being held on a stall would not allow us to go around the other stalls the housing associations had and speak with them and this was I only reason for going.
When I received the map layout of companies attending the exhibition I didn t see any housing associations at all so I emailed BIP to confirm if they would be attending and why they were not showing on the map. It was confirmed to by email that there would be defiantly housing associations attended and the map in question was very vague.
Now anybody who had asked this question would expect by the email received that the housing were going to be there but the map did not show them but don t worry they are defiantly going to be there on the stalls.

They said there was no way of refunding the tickets as in their eyes they have done nothing wrong, I my eyes they have and anybody reading the emails I sent and received would also be miss lead into thinking they would have housing associations on the stall so we could go around and see them.
Anybody buying tickets from this company please check very carefully and ask every question you can and get it in plain English and not miss leading emails.

After taking on a year's contract with BiP in 2018, we found out it did not live up to our expectations. Contact with our account manager was frequent when he was looking for us to upgrade the service and squeeze more out of us. We received many, many marketing emails. However, account management reduced to absolutely nothing within a few months. In summary the service did not fit our business objectives and customer service was extremely poor.

Having expected the contract to have run its course we were horrified to learn they had auto-renewed it for a further year which we do not want. When trying to cancel the contract we have been met with persistent aggressive insistence that we pay, and aggressive and obstructive customer service functions along with the threat of legal proceedings.

We were never contacted, and never informed the contract would auto renew and certainly did not have this explained at sign up ( they only declare the rolling element of the contract within lengthy terms and conditions which are not emailed or sent and become binding on use of the service and hidden on the site)

Use these shysters at your peril.

Avoid this company......their T&C's are built to extract money from subscribers, on the basis they will forget the renewal date.

Their emails were not good either, i got nothing from the service so was a big waste of money.......spend your money elsewhere.

This company distributes marketing material under many guises (Procurex, Delta eSourcing, Pass Procurement etc.). First, I was bombarded with e-mails and am now receiving postal mail to my place of work, which I cannot appear to unsubscribe from.

To date I have sent three e-mails and called them twice and they have still not removed my personal information from their databases, in clear violation of GDPR regulations. I have never heard of them and have no idea how they got my information in the first place!

One of the biggest spammer there is, no unsubscribe button and they ask you to email them to unsubscribe - this also takes numerous phone calls.

Emails stop and then a couple of months later they start again.

Avoid.
