Bingo Palace Review

Great group of people, and awesome v bingo program.

Terry is an absolute spas case. I ll never play here again based on terry alone.

I must say, my visit to the bingo palace would have been mediocre and forgettable had it not been for our incredible hostess. While the other staff were quite rude and disrespectful (and clearly did not want to be there) this hostess was incredible. I regret that I forgot her name, I believe it was either Macy or Maria. She was the young African American lady who provided us with exceptional service. I've been at the palace a few times since then and she is always rocking stellar hairstyles or head wraps. She reminds me a lot of my good friends niece, and she always makes sure I am well attended to and having fun. This lady deserves a raise if she hasn't gotten one already, and I sincerely hope whoever manages this Google forum will let her know from Reverend S. (me) that she has made my visits to Calgary superb with her incredible service!

I have been coming to this bingo hall for a very long time . The staff is very friendly and capable. During the reopening Karen has been diligent in keeping us all safe and letting us know she cares . Sandy is there to make you feel at home as soon as you arrive . Thank to all the wonderful staff .

Staff and volunteers were all very helpful and friendly. COVID plan for patrons walking in was very good and you felt safe to enter. Thank you

Terry the bingo caller is THE WORST bingo caller I ve ever seen. The most IGNORANT caller over ever seen. YOUR JOB IS TO DO THIS SO WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO PUTTING IN NUMBERS YOU DO YOUR JOB.

I will never play here again until I hear that terry is FIRED

Awesome experience, place was so clean,the people were enjoyable to be around, staff was very friendly, and professional. Twas like a breath of fresh air, social distancing and frankly we all just wanted our own space.and enjoyment..grat job bingo palace...keep up the good work.
