This was my second time with Bimmer Rescue and I couldn t be more happy and satisfied! I wish that I had not detoured to other repair shops and the BMW dealership in between! Bimmer Rescue team is very professional, friendly, and proactive! They are very transparent and honest about the diagnostics and will recommend the services as per the priority and severity that is genuine keeping customer satisfaction and your Bimmer health as their primary concern! Thank you so much again for the phenomenal service! I am never going to any where else again for my Bimmer! A++++++. Highly recommended

I was very pleased with both the service and customer service experiences. Their new receptionist and Jared took great care of me. The receptionist gave me a tour of the shop, pointed out the team members and told me about their areas of expertise and how they all work together to get the job done. The use of technology to tell me what went on with my car was awesome. A very nice touch. Overall, my first visit exceeded expectations. Great job Bimmer Rescue!

Although the repairs took a bit longer than expected, I was really happy when I got my car back. It is driving even smoother than it was before we dropped it off. Very pleased with the work that was done.

I'm a first-time Mini owner so I had lots of questions on what service was needed. They took time to answer my questions and explain what I needed. Very professional service, clean, well organized shop, quick service. Nice folks.

My BMW story does not have a happy ending, but the folks at Bimmer Rescue were great. After it had been sitting at another repair shop for months, I had the 525 station wagon towed to Bimmer Rescue. They quickly diagnosed the problem, but the repairs would have cost more than the car is worth. Rick was very good at explaining my options, Paula in the front office was great, and everyone was very patient as I figured out next steps. Your car will be in good hands with these fine people, and hopefully you'll have a much happier ending!

A fine crew of workers starting with the young man up front his customer service skills are Impeccable along with a great memory in detail with customers
and automotive services, along with his co-worker setting on his side you will find that she's very polite sweet and professional. And loves to smile possessing all the right qualities to be a Great customer service rep. Bimmer workers explain to me the problems l was having with my vehicle and I truly respect him for keeping it real in such a Gentle and Compassionate way, this company help and taught me more in that short time, about my car which will help me in the future. I was involved in an accident that did something to the transfer case on my car. The insureds insurance company sent the car to Mercedes of Richmond to diagnose the problem. They found the problem, but refused to say whether or not it was caused by the accident (you're asking yourself, what's the point of sending it to Mercedes in the first place, right?). Trust me when I say don't waste time at the Mercedes dealership. There are so many other repair shops out there who do better work with a higher level of professionalism and Bimmer Rescue is one of them. I paid out of pocket to take my car to Bimmer to prove once and for all that the failure of the transfer case was brought on by the accident. They were able to diagnose the cause and the effect and show the claims adjuster what had happened inside the transfer case. Could Mercedes have done the same thing, sure they could have, but they weren't interested in doing that...that's what makes Bimmer Rescue different. They were able to get me the resolution I needed to make me whole again and they did it at the expense of losing the work for themselves, since it unfortunately led to the car being declared a total loss. I met Patrick through his volunteer work with the Boy Scouts for the Automotive Maintenance merit badge and I dealt with Rick for the work I needed. I can highly recommend them and can tell you that regardless of what happens or the way things turn out, they just want their customers to be happy and whole.
