Food quality on wings could improve my friend said that was with me but my food was great

One of my favorite breakfast spots. Simple, fresh and tasty meals, great service and affordable.

I am new to the neighborhood thought this place would be like Dennys. I went in place the order and everyone stood with their mouths open looking at me. I told the lady who didn't take my order never mind and walked out. by the way I'm African American I thought racism was over clearly not. Smh won't be returning the 1st impression is the one that sticks

My visit to Billy Bob's Silver Diner was such a fun one! The food is delicious and the shake was so so good! I love the atmosphere and how I feel as though I'm back in the 50's!!

Food was actually pretty good. Breakfast. Service was really bad. Grumpy, irritated and it showed. Get a job that you want to be at geez.

This place was not a customer friendly place. The manager was very obnoxious to a family who was enjoying their evening. She was so loud and was embarrassing. The family was just trying to show to the manager regarding a discount that they got from a school and instead of telling the customer nicely, the manager became loud that all the attention was on her. Customer service should be paramount at all times in an establishment like this. I will never come back to this place!!! I give this place a ZERO !!!!

We were not recognized for three minutes. Once seated the staff was friendly. Food was served cold and lacking in taste.

I have eaten here many times and the staff is usually very friendly. But today is the first time I have ever walk out a restaurant and not left a tip. Billie my server and when I called to complain is also the manager. Walk off 3 time in the middle of me asking a question or trying to place my order. Never came a checked or refilled my drink. This is very bad when the manager doesn't seem to care or leave her personal problems at home.

Went there for breakfast and service was fast and food was very good. We will go there again.

The male server was just not wanting to be at work or do his job...not friendly at all but food was good and fresh

Ordered two hot fudge sundaes with cream and nuts. Waiter was so nice but no nuts. He took it back, came back again and said they had no nuts. Went to pay at register and asked Are those nuts in the kitchen? They replied, those would of been ok? Then commented they are old nuts. Anyways the point is....if you have nuts, give the customer nuts!!!! Good grief!

This is my favorite restaurant the food is very good and comes out very fast and hot and fresh they treat you like your family and Waiters and waitresses are very patient with you while you order love this place I will give it 5 stars

One of my favorite places for breakfast in Winston Salem.

Enjoyed my breakfast nothing special, just your typical diner faire, which I really enjoyed. And I like the fact it is consistent. Try the La Bamba Omelette

Went there with my fiance and was seated promptly, keep in mind the resturant was almost dead with no customers present, and was ignored by the waitress for over 15 mins. She walked by our table multiple times looking right over us not even stopping to take our drink orders. Terrible service! Do not go here under any circumstances.

First time guest. Had the meatloaf. Husband had pork chops. Food was very tasty however it was cold. After heating up in the microwave, tasted much better. Server was very nice. Dessert slamming. Only gave 3 stars because food served cold and the price wasn't worth what we got. We prefer Ranchos, but their closed on Sundays

Great diner food at low diner prices. Fun retro atmosphere

We like the food which is almost always delicious. However is usually fairly slow. Feel they are under staffed as the service is slow and trying to get drink refills leaves you wanting more especially coffee. Love the fact kids can write on the walls. And they have pictures for them to color on.

Fast service, friendly and good food. Very basic but clean, a good choice

Nice views from the terraced dining room. I'd suggest a reservation with a request for window seating. Everything was delicious from the assorted rolls through dessert. Highlights are the crab soup (creamy and rich) and the Au poivre sauce for steak.

Our waiter was great, the food was very good. Nice local place and a fun atmosphere.
