the bad reviews are all from a sixth grade class who haven't seen the store and never will. They basically ruined your business for fun because their 11 year old minds find it amusing. Im also in their class so i apologize for the hassle its causing you. Most of the reviews are from 1 kid with tons of different accounts. Im Actually really sorry

I go to Billy Blast when I need drum parts. The prices are very fair, usually to the benefit of the customer. Not sure where all the negative reviews come from, but I'm a repeat customer and I've never had an issue.

This complaint is in reference to a new, custom drum set that I ordered and had built by the Billy Blast Drums . When I received the drums, they were scratched an marred. Some of the hardware was also scratched and dinged up. Some of the hardware (couplers) were clearly not Gibraltar and was some cheap knock off pot metal with a Gibraltar thumb bolt attached to them.The workmanship of the side attachment ports in the bass drum were just punched through with no clean drill hole with the wood broken and frayed. The workmanship was disgraceful and utterly terrible! I contacted the seller asking for a refund and a return shipping label. They stated that I would have to pay return shipping. They never even offered to make things right (BAD customer service! ). I decided to pay return shipping (even though, I shouldn t have had to) just to expedite the return process. I had the drums professionally packed and insured by Fed Ex. When the seller received the drums, I was only refunded $600 with an explanation of you ordered a custom kit and I won t be able to resale it . None of these stipulations were discussed when I purchased. I contacted the seller again with no response. This was not my fault and I feel completely victimized by this seller. Avoid Billy Blast Drums!

Hi Rene,

I m actually a pretty easy going guy, but the condition of this new kit is not acceptable. Both the bass drum and hardware are dinged, marred and scratched. And while the idea of how the side drums and hardware are attached is a cool concept, how it was done was subpar (please see the pictures below). I m afraid I m going to have to return the set and I would also ask that you pay shipping secondary to the condition of this drum set. I m very bummed, because I also purchased cymbals that I will not be able to return now because the return window is closed. I feel bad that this didn t work out. Thanks!
