I recently bought a used car from Bill Marsh and completed the whole process remotely. I first did my research online to find the car I wanted. Bill Marsh actually had a few cars on the lot that were interesting. Next, I called Bill Marsh who linked me up with my salesperson Taylor, who was absolutely a pleasure to work with. After our introductory phone call we communicated primarily by text, which was super convenient and easy. Taylor went above and beyond, taking photos and videos of all the cars I was interested in to help me decide on the right vehicle. She was always responsive and super nice (even when I texted a question and interrupted her during family dinner!). She helped me through the whole process and even arranged delivery of the car to our home on a Sunday morning.

I recently purchased this 2016 Sierra from Bill Marsh Automotive. I worked with Meg and Edgar who made this sight unseen deal go through without any issues. Edgar was able to provide additional pictures and even video of the truck as requested. Though they were very firm on the price, it was fair and reasonable. They were even able to coordinate delivery from the dealership to my driveway at over 500 miles away for an affordable fee. Meg checked up on me over the first few weeks to make sure the truck was everything I had hoped for. Even though sold as-is, an issue came up with the Emergency Brake system. Being such a critical part of the vehicle and a safety issue if not remedied, they coordinated with me to get the repair made locally, at no expense to me.
