Well bilka is and will be bilka.
Selling products without accessories for them and not willing to bring them home.
Thus, we bought a razor for my husband, but we can not get clean box for just that brand.
It's not so lucky.

Love Bilka !! Large and well-organized shop with fantastic selection

We had bought a wreath cake tower for New Year's Eve.
It was hard, dry and inedible.
Subsequently, I have heard about the same experience from family and friends.
It was a big disappointment.

Can only say there is a bad service in return delivery of damaged products has run 4 times out there and still not the disorder has cost me 400 kr in driving so practice practice no star from me

I often shop in Bilka, but Sunday it. 4.november there were almost no items on the shelves, the orders were not filled up, and the staff just stood by the fridge. At the toy, there was pure chaos, I did not find what I was looking for, again the staff was just talking and I was getting help when I asked for a particular item, but that was not the right thing. After Bilka Aalborg has made a new cafeteria, it has become so dirty that I do not want to eat there. In the past, it was so good and pretty clean, but unfortunately there is no more.
