I really like this one Bilka because they have really taken care of the little kids who have to breastfeed and have a bottle and then there is also a toilet in the shop and then they just have super delicious offers and mega nice goods

We had to buy a sofa at Bilka.dk for our cottage. ...

We had to buy a sofa at Bilka.dk for our cottage. One had to choose a delivery date at the time of booking, but none of the dates we had the opportunity to be at home. We call for customer support and will be told that we just have to deliver the order and choose a random date as we can only call the day after and reschedule. So we do.
When we have given the order, I call in the following day and explain the story. The customer support lady suddenly does not think it can be done, but just want to hear the supplier. But no, they can not be changed again (the couch is ordered to arrive on 27 February, but will suddenly come on February 20th - a date we have not chosen and one week earlier than ordered)
My wife is calling shortly afterwards and will cancel the order as we are highly dissatisfied, and she can not be told. Only after she has asked to talk to a leader, which they could not, they agreed to cancel the order.
Lousy service in today's Denmark.

(I am well aware that there is covid-19 in the lanes, but they can not continue to use it as an excuse. Especially not when there are almost no cases with it more up here and everything is as it was before covid- 19 in the car again.) Their online customer service is incredibly slow, they have a case lying around but "do not have time" to look at it because there is covid-19. They need to stop being able to use it as an excuse when it is no longer real. I think it is ridiculous that it can take 3 days to get the answer to whether you can get the item exchanged that you received and had broken and report that it has broken the same day as it was delivered. All in all, it's a slow service.
Update: It took them another three weeks before we received the replacement for the damaged items. They sent no tracking number and gave no indication that they had sent the "replacement", which I think is a bit unprofessional of a company like bilka ...

They are unable to deliver what is ordered. When you wait for 45 minutes to get in touch every time (probably consciously) and finally get in touch they play dumb, pull it off with bad excuses and lies but you never get your goods, they make it unmistakable and again possible to find out where things get off. You also have a strong feeling that they are trying to deceive one. After studying there on Trustpilot, I can see that this is the same approach for many. Lousy shop, with too many unhelpful employees, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Bilka ..

Wow! This place got literally everything! Inside the shopping center youll find almost like a mall where they sell all kinds off electronics, food and other accessoires.
Inside the shopping center u got a Gamestop, alot of cloth-chains anfd much more i do highly recomend to give this shopping center a look and be amazed for what they can give!!

Bilka is the grocery store. Is not impressed. Staff often mess up when they work and e.g. their people who put signs up using scissor lifts does not look always in the running for the next job in the lift.
I don't feel "comfortable" in Bilka.

Large, mostly, and is a very well organized store....

Large, mostly, and is a very well organized store. Enjoyed how everything was divided into departments, a freezer for pizza, a freezer for chicken etc. Recommended to take a walk in for a bargain. The staff were pleasant and helpful. A little inconvenient system of weighing of goods one has paid because it often expires and an employee must fix it. Otherwise, good opportunities for eating, like one ikea dinner.
