We built in 2002 with Regio-Bau. And we can give the property developer a good certificate.
We were involved in the planning and were able to bring in many ideas of their own. In addition, Regio-Bau has carried out some additional services (another window, filling up in the garden, etc.), which were culpably never calculated. All promised appointments were also complied with, the coordination with our contact person ran flawlessly. There are two minor drawbacks, however: a sewer pipe has a "bag" and a heater in the living room was positioned a bit crooked. But this only diminishes the overall very good impression.

We built a house with the company REGIO-BAU in 2019 through a real estate contract. The support and the transaction we found to be pleasant and good. We were personally pleased that craftsmen were taken from the region, which made the sampling and the arrangements easier.
We were kept up to date both by the project management and by the construction management and were able to convince ourselves personally after consultation about the construction progress. It was possible to introduce individual changes throughout the construction phase, insofar as the construction status has still allowed it. In one or two places, we would have wished that the communication had been a little faster and clearer. Ultimately, however, also open discussion points could be clarified by mutual agreement.

The other reviewer here on Google resides in the former company headquarters of the construction company. That makes him particularly credible!
After a year in the house that we built with this company, I can only advise against doing serious business with these people. They were so nice at the beginning ... at least until the contract was signed. From there, everything went down the drain. "Build with confidence" is what they write - they do: the builder should not just ask, but pay blindly.
Two highlights so that you have a rough idea of what's going on:
Building status reports serve as proof to the bank that certain sections of the construction project have been completed and can be paid for. If the property developer fills in and signs building status reports, even though the trades have not yet been completed, then payment is made before the service is rendered. The company Regio-Bau has written incorrect building status reports.
The additional price offers are a very special experience. We got several of them. Rarely without mistakes. Everything was there: wrong name, wrong house, wrong address, arithmetic errors, comma errors, moon prices (which the executing craftsman had given us very different names) and, of course, logical errors - and always in favor of the Regio-Bau company. A prankster who thinks evil.
After two attempts to put the heating into operation satisfactorily, the third is coming soon, of which I do not expect much, however.
Some work is still not done, the first tiles are already jumping and the lawn sowing was a cheek. On request, you will be told that you have not poured properly. As a matter of principle, guilt is sought among the stupid customer, and that is where my trust and understanding come to an end.
