I recently rented bikes from Bike Hawaii and overall, it was a decent experience. The website was user-friendly and made booking easy. The bikes were in good condition and were provided with safety equipment. The staff was helpful and friendly, assisting me with the rental process.

However, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to other bike rental companies in Hawaii. Additionally, the location was a bit inconvenient for me, as it was far from my accommodation. It would have been great to have more convenient pickup and drop-off points.

Despite these drawbacks, I appreciate the effort put into maintaining the bikes and the friendly service. If you're in need of renting bikes in Hawaii and don't mind the higher prices and inconvenience, Bike Hawaii is a solid choice.
