The website was easy to navigate, and the rental process was straightforward. 🚴 The bike itself was in good condition, and I didn't encounter any issues during my ride. However, the staff seemed a bit disorganized when I went to pick up the bike, and I had to wait longer than expected. Additionally, the price was a bit higher than other rental shops in the area. Overall, it was an average experience - nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either. If they could improve their customer service and adjust their pricing, it would make for a much better experience.
