not fair with the times, not fair with invoice price and I am very sorry that I registered with my son it is not normal that the teacher does not come 2 times and still has to pay the travel allowance AND PEOPLE ATTENTION: A MINUTE FOR EXAMPLE AS A QUARTER CALCULATES

Furthermore, we are now a few weeks later and I have received an invoice that is not at all correct. I receive an email on the 16 March that the tutoring has ended and the invoice states that the teacher was on 20 March

Super nice company to work for. You can schedule your own hours, state exactly how much you can or can not work, and if you have questions, a cheerful person is always there to answer your call / email.

Really recommended.

Bad communication and incompetent teachers. I have registered here as a tutor for the subjects and levels specified by me. I was employed for 3 months before I got my first apprentice of 1 hour a week. They assigned me a student above my level and from a different subject than the one I had entered. This is not fair to the paying customer, but the student could never be helped by me. Unfair to both parties. Now again a month later, no work received yet. They are quite pricey and then you expect competent teachers, but roughly it only has a HAVO / VWO diploma and is not qualified to teach. I do not recommend working here or taking tutoring here.

Agreed that if I did not like the tutoring I would pay the agreed hourly rate for the hours worked, instead of the agreed rate (20 euros per hour) I will receive an invoice in which 27 euros per hour is charged. Uncontrolled mess.

Immediately after the first tutoring, better school results with our daughter
for both Mathematics and English ..
Claudia Galgau was super for us, good explanation, flexible teaching hours. After half a year our daughter is "brushed up" again and after the summer vacation she will try it again herself. We will of course come back again if she is not alone in the third grade of the VMBO.

Thank you very much!

I have been working at the tutoring network since ...

I have been working at the tutoring network since November 2017 as a tutor in physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology. I had a wonderful time. I had 4 students for most of the school year, two of whom were in their final year (and both passed). Tutoring is great fun and you are quickly put in contact with students who you can help through the tutoring network. It gives me a great feeling to see my students progress over the course of a school year.
I also helped with the exam training at the end of the school year. Being in front of the class was a really fun experience, and most of the students were interested and really wanted to make progress. I also had nice partners with whom I gave the lessons. You may also be alone in front of the class if there are few students, so be prepared;).
The salary is good and there is a chance that it will increase if you perform well, so there is room for growth. You can arrange hours yourself with the students, so this is a perfect job for the busy student. (like me). The only thing that is certain is the number of hours per student per month that must be worked.

In short: a perfect side job for both the busy student who needs a side job and the student who might want to become a teacher. So think about which subjects you were always good at and sign up!

Excellent experience with tutoring network. Extra lessons had to be arranged quickly in the short term in order to improve the final few weeks before the exam. This was picked up quickly. Absolutely great. Clear communication and excellent contact via mail with tutoring network and by telephone with tutoring student. So a satisfied customer!

Unfortunately not a good experience with Tutoring Network.
My first tutor knew little about the subjects I had to learn (mathematics A&B VWO) while this was clearly communicated. Then he could hardly convey and explain the subjects he did know.
In addition, I have been charged twice for hours that I have not had. If you indicate this, they will say that it was too long ago and can no longer find out, so just pay. ADVICE: DO NOT book with Tutoring Network ...

Very bad experience, a lot of money for not very experienced teachers (ooh no, they send students).
You hope that your child will come from it positively, but should have let him practice at home!
Why do you wonder ... assume that it is a more enjoyable experience for you, the moment you hear that a child succeeds thanks to you.
That will not happen as long as you leave the supervision to inexperienced teachers (students).
Very unfortunate !!!

Also a very bad experience. Network tutoring is unprofessional, not fair, and the 'teachers' are unprepared and not qualified.
Terrible customer service.
They will ask for money even if the service they promised did not happen. Save yourself the time and money, don't sign up!

In the second year of my study I started giving tutoring for Bijlesnetwerk. Right from the beginning had a good and low-threshold contact with the organization. In case of any questions they are always ready and you usually get the reaction the same day.

You will receive a new pupil by e-mail containing the most important information; ao. level, year, course (s), number of hours of tutoring per week. You then decide for yourself when these hours are scheduled together with the student. This way you can work flexibly and you know what is expected of you.

After my first few months, I was asked to also give exam training and later also to teach at spring and summer schools. A nice way to grow and gain experience for a class.

The best feeling is still to get an app / e-mail to hear that one of your students has passed or about to the next year! Definitely a must and all very good experience if you are just like me thinking about going into the teaching position.
