Turns into a scary place at night, but you will find it's an exciting, vibrant place where interesting people gather (once you get over the abandoned-squat-house vibe). Elevator looks scary but works well.
BIGZ Building is so cute! This is an old building, very industrial, has a lot of studios for shootings (fashion or commercial) and musical rehearsal. The hallways are covered with graffiti, ceiling is high and windows are big. Quite artistic place, big recommendation for photos and art lovers.
Former printing company's bulding temporarily inhabitated w artists of all kind, turning romms into music, tattoo, architecture studios.. Great collection of graffiti on the walls and sometimes amazing view..

Nice place, but be careful bout the elevator you might die
I know this place is of a great value and is very important. It has history, and it's one of rare examples of that kind of architecture. But no matter how hard I try, I simply hate this building and everything related to it. It's neglected, disgusting, dirty, smelly. I am honestly happy that is sold. Someone might finally renovate it to look decent.
