Bignet - BCMG Internet Ltda Review

Bad service from bignet, I'm having serious problems with my signal, I can't get on the phone for lack of attention, they answer me on whats but they deny me the support there. Not to mention that they do not send the contracted speed nor the 80% guaranteed by law.

I've been a client of her for years and I've never had any problems. I recommend!

Horrible this Net, not even their phone works when we call for information, I'm disappointed !!

Lousy technical support, uneducated, rude and arrogant employees. Installation with abusive prices and low quality service. It is not safe. Nobody deserve!

Very good internet. I've been a customer for about 4 years. I always had the expected speed and rarely fell, and it didn't take long to get back. I had very few serious problems, but they were resolved as quickly as possible. As for me, I don't have to complain.

Horrible they do not care for their customers I'm paying 40 mega and I only get 2 trying several times talks to them I can not and have to put credit for the league in this very bad fixed

How can this Net be so WASTE, I pay 50megas to receive 30 and when there are 2 people using it is already slow, and for those who play, the ping is 200, if someone else is using the wi-fi, I don't recommend it, and today as I type this, the internet is there but it is not working
