Terrible treatment of audience members.

Terrible treatment of audience members.

After moving into the studio early as only 1 toliet was working we were told we had to sit in our chairs and could use the toliets in the first break.
At the break we had a guy shouting at us to sit down. At the second break only 10 people were allowed. Baring in mind there was only just over 10 people waiting.
i got sent back to my seat twice. As it is a free ticket questions how seriously they take customer service

Fantastic private tour of Pinewood Studios the home of films in the UK. It was great to see where the James Bond movies were made.

Pinewood has an enviable history of films including Star Wars, Skyfall, Casino Royale and too many to mention.

We passed Goldfinger Avenue, the street where the film was shot to the iconic 007 Stage the largest soundstage in Europe which also was used for the submarine scenes in the Spy Who Loved me.

You see massive amoubt of work and skill that goes into making films. Very friendly people who love working there.

Also got to have lunch in Hitchcock's Grill in the original old Manor house, Heatherden Hall where you can see the Awards including Oscars and BAFTAS.

Thanks to the team at Pinewood for a wonderful memorable day!

Told to get here at least 2 hours early for recording starting at 7pm. Got here at 4:45 and was told the car park wasn't open until 5:30. Currently parked on the side of the road hoping that when we eventually can park there will still be tickets left as they aren't even guaranteed. Update: one of us walked up from where we were parked at 5:15 to be told by the ushers they'd now been letting people in to park for ages! We're now being made to sit in our cars in the parking lot.

Your experience of this place will obviously depend on what show you are going to see recorded. It is a reasonably basic set up, but there is ample parking, a decent-sized holding marquee, and snacks and drinks available (but they don't come cheap).

We went to Pinewood Studios to watch Taskmaster being filmed, which was Brilliant. Also the staff were amazing, I am slightly disabled and the staff took me around to the studio on a golf buggy and then back to the car when the show had finished.

Massive big studio with a recent expansion into land which was supposed to be greenbelt. Wouldn't mind if it was really used all for filming however there are lots of companies that run from the premises which have nothing to do with the film industry. It also does very little within the community as all jobs are sourced outside for individual films.

I come to Pinewood Studios weekly for actor training. The staff are always polite and helpful. I mainly see the guys at reception. Obviously they're all security and have to do their job, making sure only authorised people enter and only go to the parts of the studios they're allowed to be in. But top blokes at the same time and accommodating for those with special needs.

TV audience members are crammed together on uncomfortable plastic seats. You will be touching shoulders with the people either side of you the entire time and your knees will be touching the seat in front. Not good when you have to sit through 4 hours of recording. Avoid!

I was an extra for three concurrent days working from the main holding area adjacent to the Stanley Kubrick building just recently and was appalled by the state of the Male Toilets - two were blocked on the first day and remained so for the duration coupled with water (and other stuff) on the floors. I came out with wet shoes among other things and was eventually given permission along with others to use the 'children's toilet about 50/60 yards away. Nothing happened for the three days. Disgraceful and disgusting with no Pinewood staff directed to resolve the deteriorating situation.
Modern studios, excellent food, first class transport, support services very good along with polite and courteous security staff but TOILETS? UGH!

The security/reception check in staff need lessons in customer service and manners. The way they talk to people who arent aware of the procedures or the site is disgusting. So rude and arrogant, you wonder how they got a job dealing with the public. Pinewood management I hope you read this.

I had a great night there watching a recording of "Not Going Out". A very cold night.. we were ushered into a holding marquee and given a beer and waited about an hour to be seated. Lovely evening. Well organised x

Denied entrance to a show because we didn't have "priority tickets" which was never told to us ahead of time. Wasted a full day and a lot of money to get here. Even though they send you tickets for a show, don't ever expect to even get in. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went to see Count Arthur Strong being filmed. Was an excellent experience. There is a tent you can waiting where you can buy teas and coffees snacks before the show. There are toilets once you get through as well I'd recommend you use the toilets where you can before filming starts.

Once again the hospitality of the staff was great. If you are going as an audience member you are treated as a guest and not an outsider.
Got to be the best studio we have visited by far also free secured parking offered.

Pinewood Studios is a British film and television studio situated in Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire, approximately 20 miles (32 km) west of central London. It has served as a production facility for every Star Wars film made since the 2012 acquisition of Lucasfilm Ltd. by The Walt Disney Company. Parents got there one hour ahead of the suggested arrival time (travelled across London) only to find out it had been overbooked and there was no room left. Not even a text to let people know.

I went to watch a recording of 8 out of 10 cats. As a disabled person the staff were brilliant. On parking on the helipad I was whisked down to the holding area in a golf buggie as it was too far for me to walk. The waiting was a little while but you could take food and soft drinks with you to eat before going to the studio and there was seating and toilets. There is a small bar with drinks and snacks inside the holding area. I received my wristband for entry and onto the buggie again for a trip to the studio. All staff concerned everywhere were very polite and helpful. A great day and hope I am lucky enough to get tickets again for another recording. Thank you Pinewood for a great experience.

Really fun area to go to a taping at, they gave us free beer on arrival and the show itself was fun to watch and see the "behind the scenes". The staff didn't really keep us informed on what was going on though, so when our 8pm showtime turned into an additional hour and a half wait time, it would've been nice to know that and not just stood outside in the cold.
