Have used them for warranty work and had great experiences every time. They are my go to Pool Pro's. I won't use anyone else!

This company is AWESOME! I have experienced several challenges with my current pool servicer that lead me to seeking a second opinion. I have a salt pool and just think they are not knowledgeable about the needs of a salt pool. I have Hayward equipment so searched for a certified Hayward servicer, and found Big State Pools. I called yesterday and spoke with Angela. She was so helpful and scheduled someone to come out the next day. She even went to the trouble of asking for the serial number of my equipment to check to see if it was still under warranty. She also asked for the model numbers of the salt cell and cleaner pump so she could make sure they had replacements ready in the truck! Now that is amazing service! Adam showed up today and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He tested the salt levels and confirmed my own suspicions that the pool was VERY low on salt and nothing was wrong with the salt cell. I only wish this company was closer and was able to service the Spring area. I highly recommend this company! Thank you!

Been trying to get a quote since January and still a no show .

My wife Stacey and I have been using Big State Pools for over a decade for maintenance and very happy. Recently we hired them for resurfacing our Pool. As life goes, there were some challenges but David & Angela walked the walk by living up to their word. It is great to work with folks who care so much. We recommend Big State Pools to all.
