Every time I call I am either put on hold for longer then 5 min or it goes to voicemail ....most importantly they don t have bathroom facility for their customers instead u have to leave the store and walk all the way around to the back and use a dirty stinky Portta potty..really ???
Absolutely the worst hay quality that I have ever seen. We normally get our hay from somewhere else but somehow found ourselves low so I went to big horse since it was closer and I will never make that mistake again. To be honest I never even knew alfalfa got so dry and brown until I saw the hay there.
Each year this becomes more expensive. Save your money $10 to have my child slide down a fake titanic slide inflatable is insane. Not to mention the kid driving the golf cart at 100 mph through the crowd. Don t waste your money go somewhere else.
Great store for feed and lots of western wear and tack. I mean lots! Good prices on Jeans, boots I have not seen before, and great sales on things that you need Plus THIS Horse!!
Great place for everything, but when I checked out spending trying to make coversation the older lady ( maybe the boss) could have cared less that I was there and spending .. Sad ..

Centrally located, plenty of parking, watch for big vehicles n trailers, not ur usual store, kids love the store.
Terrible people that treat their animals even more terrible. They are selling animal supplies but cannot even care for their own animals on their property.
A lot of options to pick from and wide selection but the staff can be rude and not helpful which use to not be the case. I don't know what happened..
