It's okay if you just need a nail or bolt. But if your looking for Milwaukee tools or more specific items not so much.

I went into Big G today to get Thrift for my drains. In my opinion it's one of the best drain cleaners on the market. The staff there is always courteous and is always willing to help you find what you are looking for. Stop by and check them out and hopefully you'll have the same experience I did.

$49 bucks for a ratchet set that I ended up buying from Walmart for $12? No thanks.

I needed a flexible hose for an older kitchen socket faucet. Adam was very helpful, recommended tape, and a refund handled very professionally..... across the street was trying to sell others a new shower head and hose...... keep up the good work! Nice Floorplan, and friendly staff. Was called by name when I walked into the door by Linda Dill, an acquaintance of mine. Also asked if someone could help, and directed to Adam at the information desk. Awesum idea. Priceshow very competitive, and great quality. 5 minute fix with right parts. I will come back more often, and suggest others do too! Did I mention locally owned and operated by local people? :)

Not the same as store was in my youth. Prices high. Few sales.
Does have unique items not seen in many other Ace Hardwares.
Do enjoy window shopping but made no purchases.

You find everything talking about hardware, the precise ones are somewhat elevated but there is everything, you just have to look good.

We went into Big G Ace thinking about buying a Big Green Egg. Bob spent an hour talking with us about the egg, the options, and gave us multiple quotes for multiple options we were potentially interested in. He even had us come back another day when he had some of the different options assembled that other customers had ordered for us to be able to see them in person prior to ordering.. After ordering the egg, they even delivered it the hour to our house and set it up! What a great group with friendly staff and excellent customer service! We will definutely be back for all of our eggcessories and all of our home needs! Thanks Bob, Kevin, and Kayla for everything!

I have shopped Big G Ace Hardware for about 20 years now. Their service is outstanding, and the people who work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is where I go when I need help on a project. The workers have lots of experience in most of the subjects I ask for help on, and they take the time to explain things. If one worker doesn't know the answer, he or she will ask someone else to come and help. If they can't come up with an answer, they simply tell me so. Such honesty is refreshing. Some of their sales make their prices competitive with what can be found at the big box stores. The rest of their prices tend to be a little higher than I can find elsewhere, but I prefer to come to Ace because of the service they provide. I recommend Ace for anyone who needs a really good hardware store.

Best place to have your keys made. Some of the staff are very professional and helpful, some of them are exactly the opposite.

We used a drain snake for 30 minutes and it wouldn't fit the drain. We gave it back and didn't get to exchange it for one that fits or get a refund

Had keys made but customer assistance was slow. Afterwards they were very friendly and helpful.
