I just rediscovered what a good lumberyard Big B Lumber is!

Very helpful good quality wood stuff you can't find at home depot

Always get Lumber here, better quality than the big box stores. Same price

Everything you can imagine in stock. Don't believe the hype. You actually build a house from there stick inventory....try that at Home Depot !

If your going to act like ashby lumber and emplement a " stop here for attendent to help you" out in the lumber yard then post the proper signs and road striping like Ashby lumber instead of getting on the customers.

Why oh why would you close your hardware/lumber store at 4:00 on a Saturday? Great stock and people, lousy hours.

Good selection Lumber good quality prices a little bit High but service is great.

Big B is a great place for wood and tools!! Also, they have an excellent staff that is very easy to deal with and very friendly!!

Off the Hook these guys are. They beat the big box stores on 8 out of 10 items. They're local- support them!

This was the absolute worst experience in a store ever the customer service was completely non existent. And not only that the staff was seriously below par they need to learn how to do their job. I will never shop here again.

Honestly the poorest quality customer experience I have ever received. I asked a lady at the counter to help me and she told me I should ask her co worker who was helping another customer. And then she continued to use her phone. Next the gentleman that was said to be able to help me refused to show me where product was located. He did not want to leave the desk to help me. I thought this place would be better than a home Depot or Lowe's, but regret not taking the longer drive down the street.

What a great place, I m always building interesting things for the dogs and these guys always help me brainstorm and problem solve, and I always leave feeling great, like I am actually valued as a customer, plus it feels good buying Local!!!

Good selection but the cashier lady was a bit rude and/or unfriendly.

Love Big B. I went to Concord branch originally do to job locations and followed the great staff to Brentwood. I won't buy lumber from Home Depot or Lowes. Only Big B. They have the best material and the counter people can answer any questions you might have

Nope. Change in policies and high prices just drove me away from this location. Bought an led refit kit for $30 and it didn't work. Came back to the store and the cashier just pointed to a hand written sign which said no returns. If you have a faulty products then at least have good customer service.

Great location and great store. Any kind of wood you may need, they've got it. Really friendly staff, clean organized store, and great location. They sell almost everything Ace Hardware does.

The staff here has always been very helpful. They are knowledgeable without being overbearing. I don't come often enough for them to know me by name but they always treat me like they do. A good, old-timey feel.

I love the small town feel here. They have the basics of what you need, plus other item you won't find at the other major retailers like Lowe's or Home Depot. Great friendly staff that is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
The only recommendation I have to them is to have more people helping on the floor as it is difficult to tell who works there and doesn't since there are no uniforms or name tags.
Otherwise, love this place.

The staff inside the store were very nice. Got outside and the gentleman waiting on Phil and I was very rude immediately as Phil was looking at the wood he had purchased to have cut. It got to the point where he said that if we didn't like the wood he gave us, to go back inside and get our money back. All of the other guys their are very nice to work with.

Good spot for quick trips to a hardware store especially when you have no Home Depot or Lowes near by. They carry pretty much everything as far as construction is concerned, service is also decent. I have never actually bought any lumber or compared there lumber to any of the big guys, so I can't really comment there. Overall it is convenient prices are higher for that same reason.

The older guy in the back yard was very rude to me .Had to speak to the manager , Steve.did not like that after doing business for more then twenty years there. Phil

Big B is a great place to get lumber for projects that are out of the ordinary..
They have stuff the Home Improvement Stores don't have...

Snobby employees ,but besides that they have anything you need at a reasonable price

First of all bigby's a lumber yard 1st and a hardware store next with help that knows what they're doing and and the yard people are very good too I'm there an awful lot and I like to place good helpers and it's a real lumberyard not a box store that's a good thing

Plenty of products, helpful employees, good prices.

A good size store but not as much non-lumber inventory as the other Ace Hardware in Bentwood. Also not as many helpers on the floor as the other store but I get that they are lumber first and Ace second.

It definitely has more variety of wood than your local home depot or Lowe's. They seem to carry the lowest quality for outdoor trim work because 7 out of 10 times most of trim wood they have is warped or cracked.

c in a few weeks to get them to you tomorrow morning to pick me up and we can go to a different address than me but can you take me to get the deck and I can see if I told him to call the cops so we are not going out of town on Friday so I said that I don't want you to feel or something like that but you are not going to be in town for me to get the app that you are you going to the pool or something like that but I don't have a lot with my friends house in the next few weeks so I will be in touch soon to be your wife and I are interested in the bathroom

Staff is very helpful and nice. I will return here just for the grate staff and awesome attitudes! Prices are also the same as big store's like home Depot or Lowe's.
